As an entrepreneur within the auto glass replacement and repair industry, Good founded National Windshield Repair Service in 1986. In 1991 Good founded Dent Zone, specializing in paintless dent repair and catastrophic services, and helped build a technician network with thousands of repair professionals. Under Good’s leadership, Dent Zone created the first-ever PDR service contract in 1999. In 2014, Good led the creation of AutoBodyGuard, a division focused on offering a broad suite of aftermarket F&I products, as well as negotiating the acquisition of a pioneering provider of nanotechnology for appearance protection products. Under Good’s leadership, Nobilis Group was launched in 2017 encompassing the Dent Zone, NanoCure and PDR LINX business.

Starnes has been involved in the automotive industry since 1988. Beginning in 1992, Starnes worked for a nationally recognized product provider, where he served as Regional Vice President before joining Southwest Dealer Services in 2003, serving as President, Florida Division for five years. After serving as Executive Vice President of a top tier Texas-based dealer group, Starnes joined Dent Zone as EVP in 2010. In 2015, Starnes was named Chief Operating Officer for Dent Zone and helped oversee the expansion and rebranding of the company as Nobilis Group.

Patton has held executive roles in finance, accounting and operations since beginning her career over 20 years ago. Most recently before joining Nobilis in 2020, Patton served as Business Development Officer for Reeder Distributors, and as Chief Financial Officer for Ricochet Fuel Distributors. Patton was a finalist for D Magazine’s Financial Executives Awards in 2019.

A proven marketing leader with over three decades of success, Beaver serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Nobilis Group. After 11 years with an internationally recognized communications corporation, Beaver entered the automotive appearance protection industry in 2004, where he led all marketing and development efforts for a top provider before he joined Dent Zone in 2015. In 2017, Beaver spearheaded the successful rebranding of the company as it introduced Nobilis Group, a new entity created to house each of the companies’ business entities.

A pioneer in the automotive aftermarket industry, Martin began his career in 1976 with the company founded with his father, where he manufactured and sold car wash systems, high-pressure cleaning systems and water-based biodegradable detergents and degreasers. In 1984, the Martins were recruited by a nationally respected auto appearance chemical manufacturer to distribute its line of automotive detailing products before eventually becoming a partner in the company before leaving in 2010. In 2014 Martin became President of NanoCure Protective Coatings.

Having begun his career at 17-years old, Miller has excelled in many areas of the retail auto industry. Beginning with one of Texas’s most successful dealership groups in 1983, Miller served as Service Director before becoming Fixed Operations Director for a Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep North Texas dealer in 2007. From there, Miller joined PDR LINX as Senior Vice President of Operations in 2012. Since then, Miller has also overseen the ReconLINX and LINXManager initiatives, and ensures success by developing key relationships with valued partners throughout the industry and across the country.

After a successful 26-year career with the Van Tuyl Group (VT) / Berkshire Hathaway Automotive (BHA) and MPP Co. Inc., Oltman began consulting for gvo3 & Associates in their compliance practice and joined Elite, as Vice President of Operations in 2018. As Senior of Vice President of Sales for Nobilis, Oltman drives new sales opportunities for the Company and oversees the account management teams who service the Company’s national accounts and agency relationships.
