By accepting an invitation to or participating in any event, activity, trip, or program organized, sponsored, hosted, or funded in whole or in part by Nobilis Group, Inc. and/or Nobilis Travel and Entertainment (the “Company”), including travel, sporting, recreational, entertainment, conference, meeting, retreat, vacation, and incentive events (the “Event”), the guest acknowledges and agrees:

• Assumption of Risk. The guest understands that participation may involve risks, including transportation, lodging, excursions, outdoor or water activities, weather, illness, accidents, personal injury, and property loss or damage, including risks arising from third-party providers.
• Release and Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Event and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to the guest’s participation, negligence, reckless or intentional conduct, violation of laws or policies, property damage caused by the guest, or claims resulting from the guest’s conduct.
• Third-Party Providers. The Company may use independent providers for transportation, accommodations, meals, excursions, entertainment, and other services. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages.
• Insurance. The guest is responsible for obtaining any travel, medical, and personal property insurance the guest considers appropriate.
• Legal Limitations. Nothing in this provision waives or limits liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

By participating in the Event, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms.
