The History of
True Dispatch™
Nobilis, first known as Dent Zone, began in 1991 offering paintless dent repair (PDR) as an affordable, non-invasive alternative for automotive hail damage restoration. The company helped establish PDR as a credible standard for hail repair, gaining wide acceptance and adoption by insurance carriers. Through this success, Nobilis recognized an opportunity to offer paintless dent repair through vehicle service contracts (VSCs). In 1999, Nobilis launched the first VSC and original equipment manufacturer-branded PDR product for dealerships, creating a new category of dealer protection programs for dealerships’ finance and insurance department to offer its customers.
Nobilis expanded its existing hail claim fulfillment services to encapsulate the fulfillment and management of the new VSC claims. This broader national network of Certified Repair Technicians and proprietary dispatch management system model is known today as Dent Zone True Dispatch™.

Dent Zone True Dispatch™ offers convenience, flexibility and savings. Our stellar claims management team helps guide contract holders through the claims and repair process, providing a streamlined, hassle-free experience. Contract holders call our toll-free number to initiate a claim, then we sent out a Certified Fulfillment Technician (CFT) who accepts the claim and contacts the customer to schedule a repair within 2 business days. The CFT meets the contract holder where it is most convenient for them and performs the repair, often completing it within an hour.
